Should have played the role of an Architect on IBM suite of products
Experience on IBM Insurance Application Architecture (IAA) will be a big plus
Should be able to drive technical discussions and decisions with client and IBM (who will be product vendor)
Should have good client facing skills
Domain Knowledge: Insurance
Needs to demonstrate sufficient awareness of the target business to understand key terminology, and the ability to pick up other terms from industry reference material that is publically available.
Role:
Identify the specific value case for Master Data Management for an enterprise, and assist in the creation of business cases for MDM
Be able to generate detailed business, functional and technical architecture for the project. Resource owns the overall solution, including components delivered by MphasiS as system integrators, as well as all components to be delivered by other vendors and client teams.
Work with delivery and program managers to size and schedule all tasks, and arrive at all estimates required for approvals and scheduling
Own the technical aspects of delivery; overseeing the work of a team of SMEs on all the technologies involved.
Experience:
Needs to have been a key member of at least 2 MDM implementations, with demonstrable experience owning at least a significant portion of the solution
At least 15 years of experience; having led the large enterprise data initiatives such as portfolio management solutions, enterprise data management etc
